摘    要:为研究河西走廊不同生境条件下黑果枸杞种群生殖配置参数特征,揭示黑果枸杞种群繁殖投入规律与特征,以石羊河流域下游不同生境黑果枸杞种群为对象,测定黑果枸杞生殖配置参数及土壤含水率等指标,分析不同生境条件下黑果枸杞种群生殖配置特征。结果表明:1)石羊河流域下游不同生境条件下黑果枸杞种群高度、冠幅、单株生物量以及繁殖投入存在显著差异性(P<0.05)。2)不同生境条件下,黑果枸杞种群生殖配置、茎叶生物量分配呈不同的规律性。覆沙地生殖配置最大,达到了14.15%,与固定半固定沙丘、中度覆沙盐碱地差异不显著(P<0.05),其次为湖积盐渍化土地,其余均<8%。干旱荒漠区黑果枸杞生殖配置水平较低,茎生物量分配较高,叶生物量分配次之。3)黑果枸杞繁殖投入与土壤平均含水率呈正线性相关关系,判定系数达到了0.616 2,土壤含水率对黑果枸杞生殖配置影响较大。4)不同生境条件下,黑果枸杞叶片长宽、果实长宽均表现出一定的差异性(P<0.05),固定半固定沙丘叶片和果实较大,覆沙地次之,而重度盐渍化地叶片和果实最小,黑果枸杞会通过减小叶片和果实大小来适应干旱盐渍化环境。因此,生境条件对黑果枸杞种群生长指标、生殖配置及形态指标产生了显著影响。

Abstract:In order to understand the characteristics of reproductive allocation parameters of Lycium ruthenicum population in different habitats occurring in Hexi Corridor,and to reveal the rules and characteristics of reproductive input of L.ruthenicum population,taking the L.ruthenicum populations in different habitats in the low reaches of the Shiyang River Basin as research object,the reproductive configuration indicators,individual size,and soil water were measured differences in reproductive configuration in different habitats were analyzed.The results showed that 1)there were significant differences in population height,canopy width,single plant biomass,and reproductive input among different habitats(P<0.01).2)Under different habitats,the reproduction and distribution of stem and leaf biomass of L.ruthenicum population showed different regularities.The reproduction allocation of the population in arid desert land was the largest,reaching 14.15%,which was not significantly different from the fixed and semi-fixed dunes and moderate sand-covered saline-alkali land,followed by the lake-accumulated saline-alkali land,and the rest were all below 8%.In the arid desert area,the level of reproduction allocation was low,the allocation of stem biomass was high,and followed by the leaf biomass.3)Reproductive input of L.ruthenicum had a linear correlation with the average soil moisture content,and the correlation coefficient reached 0.632.Soil moisture content had significant impact on the reproduction and distribution of L.ruthenicum.4)Under different habitats,the length and width of the leaves and fruits of L.ruthenicum showed certain differences(P<0.05).They were larger in fixed and semi-fixed dunes,followed by sand-covered land.While the leaves and fruits of the severely salinized land were the smallest.L.ruthenicum adapted to the drought salinized environment by reducing the leaf size and fruit size,indicating that the habitat conditions had significant effects on the growth index,reproductive allocation and morphological characteristics of L.ruthenicum population.
