基于AMESim和Simcenter 3D的齿梳式油茶果采摘机联合仿真

摘    要:为了检验齿梳式油茶果采摘机与液压系统的设计是否满足工作要求,运用AMESim和Simcenter 3D软件建立采摘机与液压系统的联合仿真模型,通过彼此的软件接口以AMESim为主要平台进行联合仿真,得到作为执行机构的3个液压缸的压力、流量、负载、速度、位移参数随时间变化的曲线图,并进行分析。结果表明,齿梳式油茶果采摘机可以正常工作,设计满足工作要求。

Abstract:The objective of this study was to test the feasibilities of a toothed comb oil tea fruit picking machine and its hydraulic system.AMESim and Simcenter 3D software were applied to establish the co-simulation model for the picking machine and hydraulic system.The co-simulation was conducted by the software interfaces of each other with AMESim as the main platform.The change curves of the relative parameters of the three hydraulic cylinders that were used as actuators were obtained,including pressure,flow rate,load,speed and displacement.The analysis results showed that the picking machine could work normally and the design could meet the working requirements.
