摘    要:以苦瓜纯雌系X-黑-d-d为材料,于三叶一心期用300 mg/L AgNO3诱导其分化完全花,并利用cDNA-AFLP技术研究AgNO3 处理后72 h内花蕾基因差异表达情况.结果表明:300 mg/L AgNO3能成功诱导苦瓜纯雌系连续性转化为完全花,平均为11.83朵/株;以128对选择性扩增引物扩增对照和处理后不同时期花蕾的cDNA,其中8对引物可获得较多分布均匀的清晰条带,这些条带大部分是组成型表达,少部分是抑制表达或诱导表达的差异条带.

Abstract:The transition of flower was observed after 300 mg/L AgNO3 application on gynoecious line X-Hei-d-d in bitter gourd at three-leaf and one apice stage,and the differential gene expression during bud development after the treatment in 72 h was studied by using cDNA-AFLP technology.The results indicated that 300 mg/L AgNO3 treatment could continuously induce female into complete flowers,in average 11.83 flowers per plant.Eight of 128 pairs of AFLP primer combinations could get evenly distributed and distinct f...
