基于知识发现技术的林火监测体系设计

本文应用3S技术和计算机系统分析思想，设计了林火监测体系。林火监测体系的总体思路是，应用林火发生和蔓延的原理结合GIS空间分析技术，分析了北京市房山区影响林火发生的主要因子，用知识发现技术确定了林火发生的不同等级区域。结合计算机视频监测和电信技术，建立了林火发现、信息沟通的林火监测体系。该体系的建立提高了林火监测的时空精度、节约了林火资源、提高了监测的效率。

Design of fire monitor system based on knowledge discovery technology

The forest fire monitor system is illuminated in Fangshan district,Beijing.In this design process,the GIS special analysis technologies are used to analyze the main factors which affect the fire ignition and spread based on the fire principle,and the differential level risk areas are divided.On the works above,the fire monitor framework is set up.Using this system,the fire ignition will be found instantly,and the message could be sent to the command center immediately.Through using this system,the precision of the monitor could be prompted in both space and the time,the resource used to put out the fire will be deduced in a great amount.
