摘    要:以自繁的卤虫为材料,研究了不同放养密度条件下卤虫的生长和成活情况。实验前1#、2#、3#实验池卤虫幼虫平均密度分别为187、324、506个/L,平均体长分别为0.51、0.51、0.50mm,通过施肥和投喂精面粉饲养23d后,2#卤虫的尾均长达到了3.72ram,增长倍数为7.29,高于1#(3.51mm、6.88)和3#(3.35mm、6.70),平均成活率1#达到78%,高于2#(71%)和3#(67.8%)。并将实验池卤水的盐度、ALK、TH与卤虫的生长进行了回归分析。结果表明:卤虫的生长与成活不仅与放养密度有关,也与卤水的水化因子密切相关。

Effect of artemia stock density on its growth
Abstract:An experiment is conducted to determine the effect of artemia stock density on its growth. Artemia are inoculated at the initial densities of 187 inds / L, 324 inds /L and 504 inds / L with mean body length of 0.51mm, 0.51mm, 0.50mm respectively in three ponds. Artemia are fed with wheat gluten for 23 days. Samples are collected for determination of growth performance. Length and weight gain of artemia achieves 3.72mm and 7.29 respectively in Pond 2, which are higher than those in Ponds 1 (3.51mm and 6.88 respectively) and 3 (3.35mm and 6.70 respectively). Survival rate in Pond 1 is 78% and exceeds those in Ponds 2 (71%) and 3 (67.8%). Regressional analysis of growth data including salinity, ALK and TH indicates that artemia's growth and survival rate are related to aqua-chemical factors as well as its stock density.
