直立型川麦冬多糖含量变化规律的初步研究

目的]初步探讨直立型川麦冬多糖含量的变化规律。方法]在川麦冬主产区,采用原位动态法采集供试品,硫酸-苯酚比色法测定麦冬多糖含量,相关回归法分析麦冬多糖与生育时间的变化规律。结果]直立型川麦冬中的多糖含量y(mg/g)与生育年限x(d)的变化规律是:y=147.212 2 lnx-34.388 2(n=7,0≤x≤730,0≤y≤427.06,r0.01=0.95074,r=0.9560)。结论]在一定生育时间范围内(0≤x≤730 d),直立型川麦冬中的多糖含量y1(mg/g)与生育时间x(d)呈显著的正相关。

Preliminary Study on the Change Laws of Polysaccharide Content in Erect-type of Ophiopogon japonicus

Objective] The research aimed to discuss the change laws of polysaccharide content in erect-type of Ophiopogon jaonicus preliminarily.Method] In the main producing areas of O.jaonicus,the test samples were collected by using in situ dynamic method.The content of polysaccharide in O.jaonicus was determined by using sulfuric acid-phenol colorimetry.The correlation between polysaccharide content and the growth period of O.jaonicus was analyzed by using correlation and regression analysis method.Result] The correlation equation between polysaccharide content y(mg/g) and the growth period x(d) of erecttype of O.jaonicus was as follows:y=147.212 2 lnx-34.388 2(n=7,0≤x≤730,0≤y≤427.06,r0.01=0.950 74,r=0.956 0).Conclusion] In certain growth period range(0≤x≤730 d),the content of polysaccharide in erecttype of O.jaonicus y1(mg/g) showed a significant positive correlation with the growth period x(d).
