金龟子绿僵菌对浙江双栉蝠蛾幼虫的感染试验

摘    要:应用5种不同金龟子绿僵菌菌株对浙江双栉蝠蛾幼虫进行室内感染试验。结果表明,在5种金龟子绿僵菌菌株中,Ma1291-2菌株对浙江双栉蝠蛾幼虫的感染效果最佳,校正死亡率达76.67%,其LT50值为5.4 d。不同浓度M a1291-2菌株悬浮液对浙江双栉蝠蛾幼虫的感染试验表明,随着浓度的增加,致病力加强,10 d内的LC50为1.98×105孢子.mL-1。该菌株的致死中时间随着浓度的增加而缩短,5.05×108孢子.mL-1浓度处理下的LT50最短,为1.8 d;而1.05×105孢子.mL-1浓度处理下的LT50最长,为8.7 d。该菌株有较好的应用价值。

Abstract:The infection of 5 Metarhizium anisopliae strains against Bipectilus zhejiangensis larvae was carried out at lab.The results showed that Ma1291-2 strain had the most significant effect on the larvae of B.zhejiangensis among the 5 strains of M.anisopliae with a larvae mortality of 76.67% and LT50 of 5.4 d.The effect of different concentration of Ma1291-2 strain against B.zhejiangensis larvae showed that the higher the concentration was,the higher pathogenicity of the larvae.The LC50 was 1.98×105 spore·mL-1 in 10 days and the LT50 was less.The shortest LT50 was 1.8 d at the concentration of 5.05×108 spore·mL-1 and the longest LT50 was 8.7 d at the concentration of 1.05×105 spore·mL-1.The strain Ma1291-2 was a potential source of biocontrol agent for B.zhejiangensis.
