不同竹龄雷竹若干光合特性的比较研究

摘    要:以不同竹龄雷竹的外围叶片为材料进行研究,1-2年生的雷竹生产同化物的能力明显强于3-5年生的雷竹,表现在1-2年生的雷竹比叶重较大,其净光合速率约为3-5年生雷竹的5倍,气孔导度和蒸腾速率也高于3-5年生的雷竹,虽然两者的叶绿素含量相差不大,但1-2年生雷竹的Cha/Chb比值较高,同时,分析了影响雷竹有机物同化能力的一此未免合生理指标。就不同竹龄雷竹的光合特性的差异对雷竹栽培技术的改进提出了相应的建议。

Abstract:Study with different aged Phyllostachys praecox cv.Prevernalis leaves as material showed that 1-2-year P. praecox cv.Prevernalis had better assimilation productivity than 3-5 year ones. 1-2-year P. praecox cv.Prevernalis had higher specific leaf weight, net photosynthetic rate, stomatic conductivity and transpiration rate than that of 3-5-years ones. Cha/Chb ratio of 1-2-year bamboo was higher although their chlorophyll content was nearly the same. Meantime, analysis was carried out on photosynthetic influencing assimilative capacity of organic matter of the bamboo. Some propositions were made on culture technique of the bamboo.
