船式拖拉机船壳微观结构减阻性能分析

摘    要:研究了船式拖拉机船壳表面的微观结构,主要针对圆形凹坑凸包、凹凸槽及羽型微观结构的直径高度或者深度变化,对泥浆土壤中的减阻性能影响,分析了摩擦阻力、粘压阻力、总阻力变化规律。研究结果表明:在本文所参考的条件下,船速为2m/s、凹坑直径18mm、深度11mm时,具有最优的减阻效果,减阻率为12.7%,羽型凹坑结构具有一定的减阻效果,减阻率为5.37%。

Abstract:This paper studies the micro structure of the hull surface of a boat-type tractor,mainly focusing on the diameter height or depth variation of the circular concave convex hull,the concave-convex groove and the feather micro structure,and the influence on the drag reduction performance in the mud soil.Frictional resistance,viscosity resistance,and total resistance change.The research results show that under the conditions referred to in this paper,the ship speed is 2m/s,the pit diameter is 18mm and the depth is 11mm.It has the best drag reduction effect and the drag reduction rate is 12.7%.The feather pit structure has certain drag reduction effect,the drag reduction rate is 5.37%.
