基于离散元的联合整地机驱动耙耕作载荷仿真分析

摘    要:鉴于目前对大型联合耕整地机具的迫切需求,进行了由深松铲、驱动耙和整平镇压辊等部件构成的多功能动力驱动联合整地机结构设计。驱动耙等耕整部件的工作阻力是影响整地机性能的关键问题,应用EDEM离散元分析软件分别对深松铲-驱动耙联合作业模型和驱动耙作业模型中的驱动耙受力进行了仿真计算和对比分析。结果表明:驱动耙刀的工作阻力主要来自于行进方向的绝对阻力分量,其他分量阻力对驱动耙刀的影响较小;深松铲-驱动耙联合作业模型中,由于深松铲对土壤进行预深松可以对驱动耙起到一定的减阻作用,根据驱动耙受力最大值、最小值和平均值,得到装配深松铲的减阻效率分别为16.22%、22.90%和23.64%。根据驱动耙受力的标准差可以看出,前置深松铲能够使驱动耙工作受力更平稳,分析结果正确,分析方法具有借鉴意义。

Abstract:In view of the urgent need for large-scale combined soil and soil preparation machines,this paper puts forward the structure design of the multi-functional power driven combined soil preparation machine,which is composed of the deep-loosening shovel,the driving harrow and the leveling and pressing roller.The working resistance force of the driving rake and other plowing parts is the key problem that affects the performance of the soil preparation machine.The simulation calculation and the comparative analysis of the driving rake in the deep-loose-shovel-drive-rake combined operation model and the driving-rake operation model are carried out by using the EDEM discrete element analysis software.The results show that:the working resistance of the driving rake is mainly from the absolute resistance component in the traveling direction,the other component resistance is less than that of the driving rake,according to the maximum value,the minimum value and the mean value of the driving rake resistance force,the drag reduction efficiencies of the assembled deep-loosening shovel are 16.21%,22.90%and 23.64%,respectively,The analysis method is of reference.
