摘    要:为了分析刀盘螺旋提升装置结构与工作参数对甘蔗输送顺畅性的影响,对不同结构设计方案进行仿真分析,并采用二次回归通用旋转组合试验研究刀盘螺旋杆高度、刀盘转速、相邻输送辊高度等3个因子对甘蔗输送率指标的影响。利用SPSS软件进行回归分析和响应面分析,研究单因素与交互作用对响应值的影响。综合非线性优化方法,得到最佳参数组合,即在刀盘转速为400r/min、螺旋高203mm、输送辊高236mm时最优输送通过率可达到97.72%。

Abstract:To analyze the transporting effect of the structure and working parameters of the spiral cutter lifting device,this paper compared different designs of it through virtual simulation,and a quadratic general rotary unitized experiment was carried out,with cutter rolling speed,height of the spiral cutter elevator and the consecutive transporting roller as experimental factors.Single factor and interaction effect was investigated using SPSS software.After optimization,the optimized parameters were got as:the cutter rolling speed is 400r/min,the height of the spiral cutter elevator is 203mm,the height of the transporting roller is 236mm,and the best passing rate is 97.72%.
