摘    要:结合我国智慧型农业和水肥一体化技术的发展趋势,设计了一套水肥一体化远程自动控制系统。系统由肥料稀释系统、均匀混合系统、远程自动控制系统、监测系统及田间喷灌系统组成,并应用了数据采集、数据处理、无线通讯、智能控制等技术。由可编程控制器(PLC)、无线通讯模块、触摸屏,以及EC、pH传感器、压力传感器、电磁阀、泵等部件构成完整的系统,通过触摸屏对施肥机实现本地控制,借助手机APP或电脑网站可以远距离控制施肥机完成相关指令。样机试验表明:施肥机能够实现远程自动控制,实时显示EC值、pH值、水压值,完成设定的多种施肥方案,准确记录单次水肥用量,吸肥性能较好,长时间运行表现出很好的稳定性。

Abstract:According to the development trend of intelligent agriculture and integrated water and fertilizer technology in China,a set of integrated water and fertilizer remote automatic control system is designed.The system is composed of fertilizer dilution system,uniform mixing system,remote automatic control system,monitoring system and Field Sprinkler Irrigation system.It applies data acquisition,data processing,wireless communication and intelligent control technology.It consists of programmable logic controller(PLC),wireless communication module,touch screen,EC,pH sensor and pressure transmission.Sensors,solenoid valves,pumps and other components constitute a complete system.Under this system,the fertilizer applicator can be controlled locally by touch screen.With the help of mobile phone APP or computer website,the fertilizer applicator can be controlled remotely to complete relevant instructions.In the prototype test,the fertilizer applicator can realize remote automatic control,real-time display of EC value,pH value and water pressure value,and complete various fertilization schemes.The system can accurately record the amount of water and fertilizer used for a single time.The fertilizer absorption performance is good,and the long-term operation of the fertilizer applicator shows good stability.
