摘    要:自行设计了一种秸秆粉碎机自动输送平台,其驱动主轴是直接影响整机质量、功率消耗及安全性等问题的关键部件。为降低功率消耗及提高工作性能,以秸秆粉碎机自动输送的驱动主轴为研究对象,利用ANSYS Workbench进行有限元分析及优化设计。研究结果表明:与原设计方案相比,质量减少了7.6%;总体变形也降低了4.93%,等效应力降低了19.94%;在质量减轻的同时,强度得到了提升,实现了目标的优化。样机工作性能试验结果良好,为秸秆粉碎类设备设计提供了参考依据。

Abstract:A self-designed automatic conveying platform for straw pulverizer is designed.The driving spindle is a key component that directly affects the quality,power consumption and safety of the whole machine.In order to reduce power consumption and improve work performance,the drive spindle that is automatically conveyed by the straw pulverizer is the research object,and the ANSYS Workbench is used for finite element analysis and optimization design.The results show that the quality is reduced by 7.6%compared with the original design;the overall deformation is also reduced by 4.93%;the equivalent stress is reduced by 19.94%.At the same time of quality reduction,the strength has been improved,and the optimization of the target has been achieved;the test results of the prototype work performance are good.This paper provides a reference for the design of straw crushing equipment.
