基于Pro/E的农耕机优化设计

摘    要:为了提高农耕机零部件的设计效率,实现农机的数字化设计,将Pro/E软件引入到农机设计过程中,通过零部件的有限元分析,实现了零部件的优化设计。以耕种播种一体机的播种装置设计为例,建立了装置的三维模型,并利用有限元分析模块对装置进行了仿真分析,得到了装置的应力分布情况。在进行农耕机零部件机械设计和优化时,可以参考得到的最大应力分布数据对装置的结构进一步优化,从而设计出性能更好的农机产品。

Abstract:In order to improve the design efficiency of agricultural machinery parts and realize the digital design of agricultural machinery,it introduced ProE software into the process of mechanical design of agricultural machinery.Then it realized the finite element analysis of parts and components,the optimal design of parts and components.Taking the design of the seeding device of the integrated tillage and seeding machine as an example,it established the three-dimensional model of the device,and the device was simulated and analyzed by using the finite element analysis module,and obtained the stress distribution of the device.When designing and optimizing the parts and components of farming machinery,the maximum stress distribution data can be used to further optimize the structure of the device,so as to design agricultural machinery products with better performance.
