| Abstract: | For the problem of disordered feeding in the sugarcane collecting system of the existing pre-cut transverse sugarcane planter,it directly affects the uniformity and efficiency of sowing.In order to reduce the disorder in the process of sugarcane feeding,a dumping feeding device of pre-cut sugarcane planter is designed.The device can control the angle of the dumping feeding device by rotating the dumping frame and pull the sugarcane pulling board to complete the feeding action.Dynamics simulation analysis of the main mechanism was carried out by dynamic ADAMS software.The simulation results show that sugarcane can fall from the dumping feeding device to the sugarcane collecting box in an orderly manner according to the expected trajectory.Through single factor and orthogonal experiments,the effects of sugarcane quantity,horizontal distance between dumping box and sugarcane collecting box,dumping angle of dumping box,distance from dumping shaft to front end of dumping box and guide plate angle of dumping box on dumping effect were studied,and the factors affecting dumping quality were found out.The results showed that the optimal combination of parameters was A3B3C2(the number of sugarcane was 72,the dumping angle was 100 degrees,and the distance from the dumping axis to the front end of the dumping box was 120 mm). |
