| 苹果二倍体和三倍体的同工酶电泳分析 | |

| 摘 要： | 对苹果二倍体和三倍体两个酶同工酶电泳分析的结果发现，与二倍体相比，三部体苹果酸氢酶（ＭＤＨ）电泳谱带ＭＤＨ－１染色加深，表现了明显的剂量效应。谷草转氨产（ＧＯＴ）电泳谱带ＧＯＴ－１谱带数目明显增加，又说明三们体的遗传杂和性增加，研究表明。经有性杂交产生的三倍体不仅存在基因剂量的特征，同时也包含基因重组效应。 |

| Abstract: | Electrophoretic analysis of 2 isozyme systems(MDH and GOT)were used to compared the difference of gene expression between apple's diploid and triploid,which indicated that the band intensities of MDH-1 in triploids was thicker than that in diploid,and the band number of GOT-1 in triploid was more than one in diploid.The result implied that there was dosage effect in geneexpression of triploid,and gene recombination was more sophisticated in triploid. |
