| 摘 要： | 采用RT-PCR方法从中国环颈雉胸肌组织中扩增出心脏型脂肪酸结合蛋白、脂肪型脂肪酸结合蛋白和脂蛋白脂酶基因的cDNA序列,并进行了分析。结果显示：克隆的基因与GenBank上已发表的禽类脂肪酸结合蛋白、脂蛋白脂酶基因核苷酸和氨基酸序列的同源性比较高,与哺乳动物的同源性较低。

| Abstract: | FABP and LPL cDNA sequence was amplified by RT-PCR from muscle tissue of Phasianus colchicus. Sequencing results showed that the gene and GenBank birds has been published FABP and LPL nucleotide and amino acid sequence homology is relatively high, and it is relatively lower compared with mammals. |
