摘    要:以河南省土地利用总体规划(2006-2020年)为研究对象,根据生态系统服务价值理论,从生态系统服务功能角度运用Costanza方法,分析河南省土地利用总体规划实施对生态环境的影响.研究表明:2020年河南省生态系统服务价值将达1899.88亿元,增幅4.29%,并且规划期内生态服务价值加速增加,规划的实施将增加研究区的生态效益;规划期内林地、园地、牧草地生态服务价值呈增加态势,其中林地增加最多,而耕地、水域和其他用地生态服务价值则不断减少,其中水域损失占主导;由于林地生态服务价值较高,弥补建设占用耕地等造成生态系统服务价值的减少,使规划期内研究区生态服务总价值呈增加趋势;规划期内敏感度指数均小于1,证明估算的生态系统服务价值较为可靠.

Abstract:Studies on ecosystem services are receiving increasingly more attention. Using Costanza's method from the perspective of ecosystem service function, the paper takes general land use planning of Henan Province form 2006 to 2020 as a subject and analyzes the impacts of ecological environment after the general land use planning implementing. Results indicated that the ecosystem service value (ESV) accounted for 189.99 billion yuan in 2020 with an amplification of 4.29%. ESV accelerated quickly in planning period, which meant the planning implement can increase the ecological benefit. ESV of forest land, garden plot and grassland showed a rising trend. The forest land increased most while the cultivated land, water area and other land kept on decreasing and the water area lost most. Because ESV of forest land was high, it made up for the ESV loss of cultivated land occupied by construction. ESV of research area showed a rising trend in planning period. The sensitivity indexes were all less than 1 in the planning period. It proved the estimated ESV was comparatively reliable.
