镇跛敏注射液对炎症抑制作用的药效学试验

镇跛敏注射液对各种炎症有无抑制作用进行了药效学的研究。试验采用了巴豆油、琼脂、弗氏完全佐剂致炎及药敏纸片致肉芽肿等试验方法。结果表明，镇跛敏注射液对小白鼠、大白鼠的急性炎症、慢性炎症、免疫性炎症均有显著的抑制作用。试验结果显示，镇跛敏注射液明显优于盐酸普鲁卡因加肾上腺素、盐酸普鲁卡因、盐酸利多卡因注射液对炎症的抑制作用。

Pharmacodynamics Research of Zhenbomin Injection on Inhibiting Inflammation

The experiment was conduct to study the inflammatory inhibition on experimental animal injected with Zhenbomin injection. Some pharmacology tests were used, such as test of inflammation lead by croton oil, agar agar, and Freund complete adjuvant and test of granuloma lead by medicine chart. The results showed that Zhenbomin injection inhibited significantly acute, chronic and immunological inflammation, the Zhenbomin injection was more effective than procaine hydrochloride, procaine hydrochloride andadrenaline, lidocaine on inhibiting inflammation.
