蘑菇黑斑病病原菌分离与鉴定

摘    要:以广西横县云表镇病蘑菇作为分离材料,通过室内分离培养与田间(棚内)接种,获得对蘑菇有致病性的黑根霉菌。对黑根霉菌的形态特征观察结果表明,病菌孢囊梗大小为984.7-1798.6(1179.9)μm×13.0-29.1(22.8)μm,孢子囊球形或近球形,直径为87.5~208.4(140.5)μm,孢囊孢子球形或近球形或椭圆形或不规则形,大小为6.1-12.2(9.3)μm×5.6-11.3(7.8)μm;致病性测定结果表明,所分离的黑根霉菌是蘑菇黑斑病的病原真菌。

Abstract:In order to get Rhizopusnigricans which is pathogenic to mushroom, the mushroom in Yunbiao Town of Hengxian County were taken as materials for indoor isolation culture and outdoor inoculation. The morphological traits of Rhizopusnigricans results showed that the length of sporangiophore was 984.7-1798.6 (1179.9)×13.0-29.1 (22.8)μm, the shape of spore sac was either round or like-round, with the diameter of 87.5-208.4 (140.5)μm; the shape of sporangiospore was either round, like-round, elliptical or irregular, with the diameter of 6.1-12.2 (9.3) ×5.6-11.3 (7.8) μm. Pathogenicity determination results showed that Rhizopusnigricans was pathogenic fungus of black blot disease of mushroom. According to morphological traits of Rhizopusnigdcans, Rhizopus stolonifer was identified as a pathogen of black blot disease of mushroom.
