黄瓜性器官败育的细胞学研究

摘    要:应用改良的压片染色法和石蜡切片法,研究黄瓜雌、雄花中性器官的败育过程。结果表明:雄花中雌蕊原基在小孢子母细胞时期退化成一痕迹,而雌花中雄蕊原基则在大孢子时期退化成一痕迹。黄瓜雌、雄花发育进程中,从两性期至大、小孢子时期所经历的时问不同,雄花较短,雌花较长。

STUDY ON ABORTION PROCESS OF SEX ORGANS IN CUCUMBER FLOWERS AT CELL LEVEL
Abstract:Abortion process of sex organs in male and female cucumber flower at cell level was studied by means of a new dying method and paraffin slicing method. The results showed that pistil primordium in male flower aborted to trace at the stage of microspore mother cell and stamen primordium in female flower aborted at the stage of megaspore. Male flower developed slightly faster than the female. Possible reasons caused difference of developmental process between the male and the female of cucumber was discussed.
