摘    要:
研究了不同抗性的辣椒对疫霉菌侵染反应中的抗性表现及水解酶活性的变化。结果表明:辣椒对疫病的抗性表现为抗病菌扩展,β-1,3-葡聚糖酶对抗病菌在植物体内扩展起到积极作用,抗、感品种在接种疫霉菌后,β-1,3-葡聚糖酶活性均显著增加,抗、感品种增强的速度和数量差异很大。几丁质酶活性虽有所增加,抗、感品种差异不大,其在抗疫病扩展上的作用甚微。

Abstract:
The resistance to Phytophthora capsici infection and the activities of cell wall hydrolytic enzyme has been studied. The behaviors of peppers to phytophthora blight are resisting mycelium spread. β-1,3-glucanase plays an active role in resisting mycelium spread. After the inoculation of phytophthora capsici, a significant increasing of the activities of β-1,3-glucanase in peppers is observed. There is much difference in speed and amount of β-1,3-glucanase at varieties with different levels of resistance to phytophthora capsici. The chinase activities are also increasing. But it plays a less role in resisting mycelium spread.
