| 摘 要： | 以《联合国海洋法公约》（UNCLOS）之前的国际渔业资源保护法律为研究对象,系统分析了这一时期渔业资源保护法的产生、发展及其存在的不足,总结出了该时期渔业资源保护法律的特点,并提出了渔业资源保护法律尚待完善之处。

| Abstract: | Taking international protection laws of fishery resource before the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea as the research object,the origin,development and deficiency of protection laws of fishery resources were analyzed systematically during the period.And the characteristics of the laws were concluded.Some aspects of the laws that should be improved were also put forward. |
