应用本科酿酒工程专业课程体系的建设与改革

摘    要:根据酿酒工程(葡萄酒方向)专业本科课程体系在专业招生初期教学运行中存在的不足,从专业课程体系建设和课程教学内容及方法等方面进行改革,培养适合社会发展要求和市场需要的葡萄酒工程技术人才角度,对葡萄酒工程专业培养方案中的课程体系、课程设置、课程教学内容、教学方法等方面进行了调整与优化,提高了专业基础能力的培养并拓展了专业面,加强了学生的实践能力的培养,并已经取得了比较好的教学效果。

Abstract:The major research is about the undergraduate curriculum system construction and reform of wine making engineering. To meet the development requirements of education department and in view of the current deficiencies existing in initial teaching plan, the reform on professional curriculum system construction and course teaching content and method have been started. With the rapid development of wine-making industry at present, it is necessary to train personnel at wine-making theories and wine-making practice. The curriculum system, curriculum provision, curriculum teaching content and teaching method have been revised and optimized. The students' professional basis ability and practical ability have been improved. Lots of talents with creative spirits and practical ability have been trained.
