摘    要:在一定施氮量范围内,青花菜产量和Vc都随施氮量的增加而提高,但超过一定的施氮量有递减的趋势;氮肥用量与蔬菜体内硝酸盐含量呈正相关,在每9 kg(公斤)/667 m2(平方米)N用量时,既能获得产量和较好的品质,同时也保证了青花菜较低的硝酸盐含量.

Abstract:In this experiment, nitrogen application amount was studied the effecta on the Brassica quality and yields. The results showed that the Brassica yield and the content of Vc increased with enhancing the amount of the nitrogeno fertilizer, however, excessive nitrogen application decreased the yield and Vc. The nitrogen application amount had a positive correlation with the content of nitrate. Appropriate nitrogen application amount was 9kg per 667 m^2 according to the Brassica quality and yields.
