| 摘 要： | 以4个北美引进树种为研究对象(包括水紫树、美国白蜡、北美皂荚和茶条槭),测定了种子的物理性状、优良度、生活力和发芽率,并对其播种育苗方法进行了初步研究.研究结果表明:不同树种的种子品质差异较大,该种批茶条槭的种子质量存在问题,生活力和发芽率都远远低于其他树种,水紫树的种子质量较为优良,种子的生活力和发芽率均高于其他树种.此外,播种前使用赤霉素处理会降低美国白蜡和水紫树播种育苗的出苗率,该因素对两个树种的播种出苗有着极显著的影响;无色塑料薄膜覆盖能显著提高北美皂荚播种育苗的出苗率;温水浸种时间和覆土厚度对4个树种播种育苗的出苗率的影响均不显著.

| Abstract: | The seed physical characteristics,seed soundness,seed viability,seed germination percentage and sowing method of four north America introduced tree species(Nyssa aquatica,Fraxinus americana,Gledistsia triacanthos,Acer ginnala Maxim.)were studied in this paper.The results indicated that the different tree species had significant difference in seed quality.The viability and germination percentage of A.ginnala Maxim.were much lower than the other tree species,while the seed viability and germination percentage... |
