| 摘 要： | 该文研究了不同浓度IAA对梵净山珍稀药用植物七叶一枝花（Paris polyphylla）生理特性的影响。分别用20mg/L、40mg/L和60mg/L IAA喷洒七叶一枝花,测定处理后第5、10、15、20d的蛋白质含量、叶绿素含量和可溶性糖含量。结果表明：不同浓度IAA处理七叶一枝花,均不同程度地增加了其蛋白质含量、可溶性糖含量和叶绿素含量。该研究可为铜仁梵净山七叶一枝花的综合利用提供科学依据和技术支持。

| Abstract: | To investigate the physiological characteristics of Paris polyphylla,the contents of protein,chlorophyll and soluble sugar have been determined under different concentration of IAA（20mg/L,40mg/L,60mg/L） after 5d,10d,15d and 20d.The results showed that the contents of protein,chlorophyll and soluble sugar are increased.It is able to offer valuable reference for comprehensive utility of P.polyphylla. |
