Study on the Economy Transformation Path of Bijie City in the Perspective of Low Carbon Econ-omy Resource

The resource is an important guarantee for the promotion of social development and progress. Bijie relies on resources. Along with the development and progress of society,Bijie relying on extractive industries and primary processing industries must change its model of development. Only in this way ,Bijie can achieve sustainable economic development. With the changes in the global climate and the environment,low-carbon economy has become the model of economic development around the world. The paper analyzed the difficulties from the perspective of a low-carbon economy. This paper supports the theory of how to avoid risks when building a low-carbon economic development model and the path of economic transformation of Bijie.
