盾叶薯蓣组培快繁技术研究

摘    要:对高皂甙元含量的盾叶薯蓣株系进行了组织培养研究。研究结果表明,茎尖外植体产生愈伤组织的时间短、出愈率高。在添加0.5mg/LBA和0.5mg/LNAA的培养基上,出愈率接近70%,愈伤组织状态良好。1.0mg/LKT和0.2mg/LNAA组合可使愈伤组织的芽分化率达90.9%。在添加0.5mg/LNAA和1.0或2.0mg/LBA的培养基上,腋芽增殖率最高,且生长健壮。已伸长的腋芽转移至不加任何激素的MS培养基上即可生根,形成完整植株。

Abstract:Tissue culture research was carried out on Dioscorea zingiberensis line with high content of sapogenin. The results showed that stem tip explant revealed the higher frequency of callus induction, the shorter time of callus initiation. On medium containing 0.5 mg/L BA and 0.5 mg/L NAA, the percentage of callus induction was nearly 70% associated with fine features.
