| 摘 要： | 为减轻机滚船质量、节约材料、降低生产成本，以机滚船齿轮传动箱为研究对象，建立了其优化设计的数学模型，在保证给定中心距和传递功率的条件下，合理选择齿轮传动参数，使传动箱的用料最少，对航富1PGC－1型机滚船齿轮传动箱进行了优化设计，计算结果表明，通过调整各级齿轮的模数和传动比，优化改进后方案与原方案对比，齿轮材料减少25％，传动箱体积减小15％，每台机船的利润可增加7％。

| Abstract: | This paper has established the mathematical model of its optimal design for studying wet-field roller boat's gear transmission case.On condition that can assure given center distance and transmission power, the more reasonable parameters of gears transmission have been confirmed, the less material of transmission case has been used. Optimal design for gear transmission case of Hangfu 1PGC-1 type wet-field roller boat is carried out,which shows that cost of gears material has decreased by 25%, transmission case's volume has decreased by 15%,and profit from each roller boat has increased by 7%,comparing the optimal project with the original one. |
