甘肃省核桃产业发展的思考

核桃是我国主要油料经济林之一,果仁具有极高的营养价值,既可食用又可榨油。在简述我国核桃产业发展现状的基础上,探讨了甘肃省核桃产业发展的现状、前景及优势,发现近年来甘肃省核桃在向规模化、集约化种植方向发展,核桃种植面积、产量都有了极大提高,且在良种选育及引种试验研究中成果显著;受气候条件和生态环境多样性的影响,甘肃省核桃表型性状多样、种质资源特征鲜明,再加上各级政府部门和相关科技单位对核桃产业的高度重视,这为甘肃省核桃产业的进一步发展奠定了坚实基础。针对甘肃省核桃产业发展中存在的丰产栽培技术体系不够完善、产—供—销机制低下、相关技术人员缺乏、核桃产业远展意识不足等问题提出了相应的发展对策,以期为甘肃省核桃产业的良性发展提供有价值的实践参考。

Thoughs on the development of walnut industry in Gansu Province

Walnut was one of the main oil economic forests in our country, the kernel had extremely high nutritional value, both edible and extract oil. Article on the basis of a brief introduction of the current situation of the development of walnut industry in China, this paper discussed the current situation of the development of walnut industry in Gansu Province, prospect and advantages, it was found that the planting area and yield of walnut in Gansu Province had been greatly improved with the development of large-scale and intensive planting in recent years, and the results were remarkable in the experimental research of improved seed selection and introduction. Under the influence of climatic conditions and ecological environment diversity, walnut phenotypic characters in the province were diverse, germplasm resources characteristics were distinct, coupled with the high attention of government departments at all levels and related scientific and technological units to walnut industry, which had laid a solid foundation for the further development of walnut industry in the province. In view of the problems existing in the development of walnut industry in Gansu Province, such as the imperfect cultivation technology system for high yield, the low mechanism of production-supply-marketing, the lack of relevant technical personnel, and the insufficient awareness of the far-development of walnut industry, the corresponding development countermeasures were put forward in order to provide valuable practical reference for the benign development of walnut industry in Gansu Province.
