梨胶锈菌的重寄生菌研究Ⅲ重寄生菌的培养及对梨锈病的控制作用

摘    要:本文报道了梨胶锈菌(GymnosporangiumasiaticumMiyabeexYamada)的重寄生菌(TuberculinavinosaSacc.)菌种保存、扩大繁殖和控制梨锈病的初步研究结果。重寄生菌的试管菌种在-12—10℃和自然温度下,经150天其孢子萌发率仍达80%以上。该菌在PDA复合培养基上生长快,产孢量大,易于人工培养。用重寄生菌的孢子悬浮液在梨锈病性子器成熟时喷雾防治梨锈病,寄生率从4月下旬的27.24%逐渐上升至6月上旬和8月上旬的63.42%和92.30%。

Abstract:The biological control of pear gall rust pathogen(Gymnosporangium asiaticum miyabe ex Yamade) with the hyperparasite(Tuberculina vinosa Sacc.) was reported in a primary study. The percentage of the conidia formation was still over 80% after 150 days in 12 10℃ and natural temperature. On PDA complex medium,the hyperparasite grew quickly,produced a lot of conidia and could be cultivated easily under the artificial conditions. To control pear gall rust pathogen, the spore suspension of the hyperparasite was sprayed at the mature stage of aecidia. Then, the rate of the parasite went up gradually from 27.24% in the last ten days of Apri to 63.4% in the first ten days of June and 92.30% in the first ten days of August.
