| 摘 要： | 目的]提高药用植物刺山柑种子发芽率。方法]在不同温度下，采用不同药剂对刺山柑种子进行不同浓度处理。结果]在GA3、PEG、硝酸钾以及浓硫酸处理中，以4％硝酸钾和25％PEG处理后的发芽率最高，GA3次之，浓硫酸最低；刺山柑发芽的最适温度为28～30℃。结论]获得了提高刺山柑种子发芽率的方法。

| Abstract: | Objective] The research aimed to increase the rate of seed germination of Capparis spinosa.Method] The seed of Capparis spinosa was treated by different medicaments.Result] The best method of increasing the rate of seed germination of Capparis spinosa was 4% KNO3 treatment and 25% PEG treatment.The better method was GA3 treatment.And the worst method was H2SO4 treatment.The optimum temperature was 28 ℃ to 30 ℃.Conclusion] The way of increasing seed germination of Capparis spinosa was acquired. |
