摘    要:目的建立近红外漫反射光谱法鉴别不同种类的人参及西洋参种子。方法利用近红外光谱(NIRS)法对不同产地和种类的人参及西洋参种子样品进行聚类分析并建立了鉴别分析模型。结果聚类分析结果良好,所建立的鉴别分析模型能有效地判别人参及西洋参种子的类别。结论近红外光谱法能够实现人参及西洋参种子的快速无损分析,为区分不同种类的人参及西洋参种子提供了一个客观的评价方法。

Abstract:Objective To identify different Panax ginseng and Panax quinquefolium L.seeds by constructing NIRS.Methods Having a cluster analysis and constructing the indentification model with different species and habitat of Panax ginseng and Panax quinquefolium L.seeds by using NIRS.Result The cluster analysis result was well,and the identification model has effectively identified the species of Panax ginseng and Panax quinquefolium L.seeds.Conclusion The Panax ginseng and Panax quinquefolium L.seeds were analysed rapidly and with no damage by NIRS,then it has provided an objective evaluation method for indentifing different species of Panax ginseng and Panax quinquefolium L.seeds.
