快速离体培养万寿菊植株叶片组织

摘    要:取万寿菊植株生长状态的叶片组织作为外植体,无菌条件下接种于MS+1.2mg/L 6-BA+0.9mg/LNAA的培养基中培养7d,叶片细胞逐渐增殖培养生成芽苗;将芽苗切割分离接种于MS+0.6mg/L6-BA+1.0mg/LNAA培养基中进行无菌培养,5d后,芽苗周围诱导出万寿菊幼苗;将万寿菊幼苗转接入含植物激素0.5mg/L NAA的MS培养基中,培养6d后,幼苗诱导生根,形成完整的万寿菊组织培养植株。

Abstract:The explants of laminae from Tagetes erecta were cultivated.The results showed that the buds could be directly induced from laminae after cultivating them on MS 1.2mg/L 6-BA 0.9mg/L NAA medium for 7 days.The buds were inoculated on MS 0.6mg/L 6-BA 1.0mg/L NAA medium and could form many clumped sprouts and then differentiate gradually into plantlets after 5 days.The excised plantlets could produce root after being cultivated on MS medium with 0.5mg/L NAA for 6 days,and then develop into normal plants successfully.
