摘    要:采用弹塑性有限元法对拖拉机大齿轮两步锻造过程进行数值模拟 ,得到锻造过程中工件的应变场和应力场及各工步模具型腔充满状况。表明锻造中间坯形状和终锻充满情况良好 ,与实际结果一致。对实际齿轮锻造中工艺参数选择和模具结构设计起到了指导作用

The numerical simulation of the large gear forging process with two sub-procedures
Abstract:A numerical simulation of large gear forging process with to sub-procedures by elastoplastic finite element method is presented. First a steel cylinder is formed into a middle blank, then the middle blank is formed into a large gear blank. The strain field and stress field as well as full degree are gained by this FEM simulation. The result shows that both shape and size of the middle blank and last blank are consistent with experimental cases. This result has important guide to both the selection of forging parameters and the design of die.
