摘    要:以10个棉花品系为试材,在黄萎病发生初期,测定了健株与病株下部第1台果枝对应主茎叶的生理指标。结果表明:感病叶片的生理功能遭到严重损坏,与正常叶片相比,其叶绿素含量和可溶性蛋白含量显著降低.可溶性糖含量、丙二醛(MDA)含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性和过氧化物酶(POD)活性升高,与衰老叶片生理变化特征表现相似。

Abstract:Ten cotton lines were tested to research some physiological characteristics of cotton main stem leaves corresponded the first fruit branch in healthy plants and disease ones at the initial infection period of Verticillium wilt. The results showed that the function of disease leaves was destroyed badly. The chlorophyll content and soluble protein content of disease leaves decreased than those of healthy leaves. The soluble sugar content, MDA content, SOD activity and POD activity in disease leaves increased than those of healthy leaves. The changes of physiological characteristics were similar to those of senescence leaves.
