摘    要:采用有限元分析方法,在静态分析的基础上,以各齿轮的体积为目标函数,以齿轮结构尺寸和设计许用应力为约束条件,建立各齿轮的优化数学模型。应用ANSYS的APDL参数化设计语言将有限元分析与优化设计有机结合起来,编制用于复杂结构的优化设计程序,实现优化设计过程的自动化。

Abstract:Using finite element analysis method,on the basis of static analysis,with the volume of each gear as objection function and the stress allowed by the structural dimension of gears and the design as constraint condition,an optimal mathematic model is established.ANSYS parametric design language is used to combine finite element analysis with optimum design organically and an optimum design program intended for complex structures is made,realizing automatic optimum design process.
