青海云杉半同胞子代苗期生长性状遗传分析

摘    要:以青海云杉无性系种子园内30个青海云杉半同胞家系为研究对象,在张掖市肃南县塔尔沟苗圃开展苗期试验,测定5a生苗期苗高、地径、新梢长、侧枝数等生长性状。分析结果表明:(1)青海云杉半同胞子代苗家系间苗高、地径、新梢长存在极显著差异;遗传变异系数较高,均在19.76%以上,苗高、地径、新梢长、侧枝数指标的家系遗传力均较大,均在0.830以上;苗高与地径、新梢长间存在极显著正相关,地径与新梢长、侧枝数存在极显著正相关;(2)以苗高为首要选择指标,按照1倍标准差选择出158#、106#、160#、154#、109#、119#6个优良家系,各性状值高于30个家系的平均值。

Abstract:30 half-sib families of Picea crassifolia from its clonal seed orchard were used to conduct an experiment on seedling cultivation in the Ta Er Gou nursery, Sunan County, Zhangye City. Four seedling traits such as height, ground diameter, the new branch length, and number of lateral branches of five-year-old seedlings were determined. The results showed that: (1)There were very significant differences in seeding height, ground diameter, lateral branch length, and the number of lateral branches, with higher genetic variation coefficients (over19.76%). The family heritabilities such as seeding height, ground diameter, lateral branch length, and the number of lateral branches were over 0. 830. The seedling height had a significantly positive correlation with ground diameter, lateral branch length, and number of lateral branches. (2)Six superior families were selected within one standard deviation using seeding height as the main reference index ,and all the growth traits of the superior families were higher than the average of 30 families.
