转双基因(Bt/Pi9)水稻的分子检测及抗性鉴定

摘    要:以已转入抗虫Bt基因和分子标记的抗稻瘟病基因Pi9的超级稻亲本双价M86为实验材料,通过分子检测和田间农艺性状鉴定,结果显示Bt在5个株系中基因能够稳定遗传,而Pi9基因在3个株系中丢失,在2个株系中能够稳定遗传。含有B£基因和Pi9基因的植株体,能够对螟虫和稻瘟病产生抗性。

Abstract:Taking super rice restoring lines M86(contain both Bt and Pi9)as experimental materials,through molecular detection and resistance identification,the result showed that Bt gene could be transmitted into the descendants in 5 lines,but Pi9 gene was lost in 3 lines. The genome of these plants with Bt gene and Pi9 gene could be produced with resistance to the stem borer and blast.
