煤矿区土地复垦的影响因素及对策研究

煤炭开采造成了大量土地资源的破坏,作为以整治被破坏土地为目的的土地复垦,是实现矿区土地可持续利用的关键环节。根据资料分析和实地调查,认为目前我国煤矿区存在着影响土地复垦的一系列因素,包括经济、技术、理论、政策和历史因素等。对此,应加强土地复垦理论和技术经济的研究、土地复垦技术的推广相关法律制度的完善,以形成煤矿土地复垦的支撑体系,促进矿区经济社会的可持续发展。

Study on Influencing Factors and Countermeasures of Land Reclamation in Coal Mining Area
