光照强度对烟苗叶绿素含量、硝酸还原酶活性及根系活力的影响

摘    要:以烤烟品种K326为供试材料,采用盆栽砂培试验,进行遮光处理,模拟100%、42%和15%的自然光,研究3种光照强度对烟草苗期叶绿素含量、硝酸还原酶活性和根系活力的影响。结果表明:随着光照强度的降低,叶绿素(a+b)、叶绿素a和叶绿素b含量均呈下降趋势,叶片硝酸还原酶活性降低,根系活力减弱;3个处理间的叶绿素含量、硝酸还原酶活性及根系活力大多存在显著性差异。

Abstract:The effects of illumination intensity on chlorophyll content and activities of nitrate reductase and root of tobacco seedlings were studied with K326 planted in flower pot filled with river sand.The illumination intensities were 100%,42% and 15% natural light.The results showed that with decreasing illumination intensity,the contents of chlorophyll(a+b),chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b,and activities of nitrate reductase and root all decreased.There were marked differences in the three test indicators among three treatments.
