| 摘 要： | 2012年在福建省沙县选用1.1%苦参碱粉剂22.5 kg.hm-2喷粉,烟碱.苦参碱烟雾剂、苦参碱烟雾剂各750 ml.hm-2喷烟的方法,对刚竹毒蛾3龄幼虫进行田间防治试验。结果表明:药后2 d,3种药剂防治效果均可达90%以上;药后3d,3种药剂防治效果均可达95%以上,且三者之间无显著差异。表明这3种药剂均具有高效杀虫效果,可在刚竹毒蛾危害时应用。

| Abstract: | The experiment at Shaxian County,Fujian province was carried out to control Pantana phyllostachysae with 1.1 % of matrine powder,matrine-nicotine smoke agent and matrine smoke agent on 3rd-instar larvae in 2012,spraying dosages of the 3 pesticides was 22.5 kg.hm-2,750 mL.hm-2 and 750 mL.hm-2,respectively.The results indicated that control efficiencies were more than 90% and more than 95% respectively after spraying powder or smoke 2 days and 3 days later.Furthermore,3 pesticides didn’t have evident controlling differences for the latter.So popularization and application of this new control measures were applied while P.phyllostachysae initiated and damaged in Ph.pubescens forest. |
