| 摘 要： | 大学生心理健康问题受到社会广泛关注。阅读能缓解大学生不安和焦虑的状态,有益于大学生身心健康。在分析江汉大学图书馆心理健康类图书借阅率和馆藏量数据的基础上,提出关于心理健康类图书采购、馆藏结构调整等建议,就如何提高心理健康类图书的利用率进行探讨。

| Abstract: | The psychological health problems of college students have been widespread concern in the community, reading can alleviate state anxiety and unease, beneficial to physical and mental health of College students. Based on the analysis of the library of the Jianghan University mental health books borrowing rate and collection of data, puts forward suggestion about psychological health books purchase, collection structure adjustment, and discuses how to enhance the use rate of mental health books. |
