| 摘 要： | 采用有效成分7.5,15.0,22.5 g/hm2共3个不同剂量5%啶虫脒微乳剂(山东)以及药剂对照(河北)、清水对照5个处理,在大田进行了防治棉花蚜虫小区药效试验。结果表明,5%啶虫脒微乳剂3个剂量的处理,施药后1 d的防效分别为73.89%,91.78%和96.23%;药后3 d的防效分别为81.69%,96.48%和99.35%;药后7 d的防效分别为83.51%,96.99%和99.57%。同期,对照药剂5%啶虫脒微乳剂有效成分15.0 g/hm(2河北),药后1,3,7 d的防效分别为92.11%,96.22%和96.84%。试验药剂中、高剂量15.0,22.5 g/hm2药后各天的防效与对照药剂相当或显著高于对照药剂,3个剂量处理之间防效有显著差异。从有效、经济、环保等方面综合考虑,在田间采用5%啶虫脒微乳剂有效成分15.0～22.5 g/hm2防治棉蚜为宜。

| Abstract: | The experiment was conducted in 2008 to evaluate the effect of 5% acetamiprid ME on control of Aphis gossypii Glover in field in Yucheng Shanxi.The results showed that 5% acetamiprid ME with dosages of 15.1 to 22.5 g/hm2 had an excellent effect to control the aphids.The effects were 96.48% to 99.35% and 96.48% to 99.57% in the 3rd to 7th days after spraying treatment respectively,and the persistent effect reached over 7 days. |
