摘    要:
为研究不同光质对烤烟在旺长期(移栽后第40~70天)烟叶生长发育特性、色素含量和光合指标的影响,运用不同有色膜对盆栽烟叶进行研究。结果表明,蓝膜和红膜处理增加了叶长、叶宽和叶面积,绿膜处理则相应减小;蓝膜处理烤烟鲜质量、干质量均最大,红膜鲜质量次之,但红膜干质量低于对照处理;叶绿素含量大小为蓝膜>红膜>绿膜>对照;净光合速率、气孔导度均表现为红膜>蓝膜>对照>绿膜,绿膜蒸腾速率最低,胞间CO2浓度则最大;不同光质对烤烟叶片净光合速率影响极为显著。蓝膜和红膜处理较绿膜处理更能提高烟叶旺长期植物学特性和光合性能。

Abstract:
Various color-film pot experiment was used to study the effects of different light quality on the growth,chlorophyl content,photosynthetic of flue-cured tobacco during exuberant growth period after 40~70 days of transplanting.The results show that,the blue and red film treatments increased the leaf length,leaf width and leaf area,while the green film treatment reduced accordingly.Blue film treatment showed the biggest tobacco fresh weight,dry weight,followed by red film fresh weight,but red film dry weight was lower than that of the control treatment.The content of chlorophyl showed blue membrane treatment>red>green>control treatment.The net photosynthetic rate(Pn) and stomatal conductance(Gs) indicated that red film treatment> blue> control treatment> green membrane treatment,transpiration rate was the lowest and the intercellular concentration of CO2 the biggest in green film treatment.Different light quality had a very signifcant effect on leaf net photosynthetic rate(Pn).Therefore,blue and red film could improve tobacco growing botanical characteristics and photosynthetec performance than the green film treatment.
