| 摘 要： | 随着西部大开发战略的实施,山区城镇化进程加快,在山区城镇规划与建设中,泥石流灾害问题更加突出。在山区城镇规划中应进行泥石流危险度区划、加强泥石流防灾减灾规划、辅以土木工程及生物工程措施以减轻泥石流灾害。

| Abstract: | The urbanization will be make a rapid progress along with the deepening of the exploitation in western China.The problems of debris flow disasters will be more important in the town planning and construction. Being aimed at the problems of debris flow in mountain town planning,a comprehensive countermeasure of debris flow disasters mitigation for mountain town is made out.This countermeasure includes the prediction of debris flow inundated area and pre-evaluation of condition of debris flow disaster,strengthening the prevention and mitigation planning of debris flow hazards,controlling debris flow disasters with civil works and bioengineering measure. |
