硒、硫对大豆生长和养分吸收的影响

摘    要:
报道了硒、硫浓度对大豆植株干物重,硒、硫、氮、磷含量影响的水培试验结果。研究结果表明,当营养中硫的浓度为60mgL~(-1)时,0.025mg SeL~(-1)的加入使大豆植株干物重达到最高;60mg SL~(-1)的加入对植株吸收硒有一定的促进作用;当营养液中硫的浓度为30 mgL~(-1)时,随着硒浓度的增加,植株中硫的含量显著降低,但对磷无影响,而当营养液中硫的浓度增加到60mgL~(-1)时,在低硒(0.025mgL~(-1))浓度下,显著地提高了植株中硫和磷的含量,硫与磷的吸收呈极显著的正相关,r=0.61~(**)。本试验的硒、硫浓度对植株吸收氮的影响不显著。

Abstract:
This paper reports the experimental results of solution culture of the effect ofselenium and sulphur concentrations on dry matter yield,and the contents ofselenium,sulphur,nitrogen and phosphorus of soybean plants.The results showedthat the maximum dry matter yield was observed with 60 mg S L~(-1) and 0.025 mg SeL~(-1) in nutrition solution;plant sulphur content increased with 60mg S L~(-1) addition tothe nutrition solution;when sulphur concentration was 30 mg L~(-1),the plant sulphurcontent significantly decreased with the increasing level of selenium,but did not in-fluence phosphorus;when sulphur concentration was increased to 60 mg L~(-1),theplant sulphur and phosphorus contents significantly increased with lower selenium(0.025mg L~(-1))concentration;there was a high positive correlation between the con-centration of sulphur and uptake of phosphorus,r=0.61~(**);and the effect ofselenium and sulphur concentrations on uptake of nitrogen was not significant in thisexperiment.
