丰田5M-E空气流量计的探讨

摘    要:本文从发动机工况的要求,结合现代的电工传感技术,分析丰田5M—E发动机空气流量传感器装置的结构原理,进气流量技术过程,并从其故障造成的可能原因,指出故障出现时将出现的现象、检查要点及技术参数、使用性能、结构及可靠性评价.

Abstract:According to the requirments of engine working conditions,by using modern electronic sensory techniques,this paper analysed the construction and principle of air-flowmeter of 5M-E engine of TOYOTA,and its technological process of air-input,pointed out the possible occurrence resulted from breakdown appearance,and determined its main checking points,technological parameters,function of use and reliability appraisement.
