麻风果种子力学特性的试验

摘    要:为了研究麻风果种子的力学特性,进行了单因素试验和三因素三水平正交试验,以含水率、加载速度、加载方向为试验因素,以破壳力、破壳变形量、破壳能耗为响应指标.结果表明:沿y方向加载时各力学特性指标最小;由单因素试验得出了含水率、加载速度、加载方向对各试验指标的影响规律;通过正交试验和方差分析得出了影响麻风果种子综合破壳效果的主次因素依次为加载方向、加载速度、含水率.两组最佳破壳组合为:含水率7.11%、加载速度20mm/min、加载方向y方向或者含水率23.69%、加载速度5mm/min、加载方向y方向.

Abstract:In order to study the mechanical characteristics of Jatropha seeds,a single factor experiment and an orthogonal experiment were done,in which moisture content,loading rate and loading direction were adopted as the factors and shell-breaking force,shell-breaking deformation and shell-breaking energy cost as the response indexes.The results indicated that the values of all the mechanical response indexes were the minimum with loading from the y-direction.The changing regularity of all response indexes with different moisture contents,loading rates and loading directions were analyzed through the single factor experiment.The orthogonal experiment and variance analysis demonstrated that the primary factor influencing shell-breaking effect was loading direction,followed in sequence by loading rate and moisture content.The two optimum shell-breaking combinations for Jatropha seeds were moisture content 7.11% + loading rate 20 mm/min + loading direction y and moisture content 23.69% + loading rate 5 mm/min + loading direction y.
